The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Silicon Valley and the Small Business Development Centers are proud to announce the formation of a new East San Jose satellite office located in the cultural epicenter of the Topicana shopping center. East San Jose is home to the most diverse population in Santa Clara County. There are large pockets of underserved ethnic small businesses, with a need for technical assistance, tools and business training.
